I made a monstrous keto bake with Rao’s Tomato Basil, spinach and six pounds of ground beef and sausage last night which is probably why I weighed-in over 206 this morning– I must have easily eaten a third of it.
I didn’t feel like going for sets of three… I start vacation in a couple weeks, joints are feeling good, etc. I’ll probably run a 5 x 2 scheme starting around 245 on bench for as far as I can take it once I get back from vacation.
Maybe top out around 5 x 2 x 305 after 12 weeks?
Pull ups were especially easy today.
