Sets x Reps x Weight in Pounds

Bodyweight: 206

Bench Press: 3 x 2 x 265

Weighted Pull Ups: 3 x 3 x 35

Still not back 100% strength-wise from the deload and fast, but it wasn’t too bad.

The good news is that my joints are feeling fresh.  Shoulder pain is gone, and I don’t notice any tweaks or twinges in the hamstring.
