Bodyweight: 210

Overhead Press: 4 x 1 x 190

Barbell Row: 3 x 5 x 190

190 / 210 = 90.47% of bodyweight press

I was shooting for doubles on the press but it just wasn’t there.  This is similar to last Tuesday’s press workout after a high-volume session the Saturday two-days before.

I like the high volume day, and will probably keep it, but will have to keep in mind that it might take a couple days to bounce back from it.

My shoulder still aches a bit, but it wasn’t an issue during my workout today.

Ate dinner at approximately 5:30 PM CST.  Four avocados, 3/4 can of coconut milk and an 8.5 oz block of Petit Fromager d’Affinois.

Maybe 10 g carbs, 50 g protein, 195 grams of fat.

2,000 calories.

Let the clock begin.
