Sets x Reps x Weight in Pounds

Bodyweight: 210

Bench Press: 4 x 2 x 275

Weighted Pull Ups: 4 x 2 x 60

I likely could have made 3 x 3 on the bench, but certainly not for the pull ups.

Tweaked my shoulder on the first set of bench.  It’s aching a bit now.
