Weighted Pull Ups: 3 x 2 x 55
Bench Press was heavy but manageable.
Weighted Pull Ups were tough. I’m going to blame it on the extra volume from Saturday and proceed as normal.
I’m definitely getting the feeling that I’m nearing the end of this leg of linear progression.
