Sets x Reps x Weight in Pounds

Bodyweight: 210

Overhead Press: 3 x 2 x 180

Barbell Row: 3 x 3 x 215

I went 2, 1, 2 x 180 last Tuesday so I suppose I’m still progressing week over week.  I was considering going for 5 x 2, but thought better of it.  Let’s stick to the plan and see what Thursday’s attempt brings.
