Bench Press: 3 x 3 x 265
Weighted Pull Ups: 3 x 3 x 50
Maybe a bit more difficult than what I was expecting. If I recall correctly, last Monday’s workout was surprisingly easy. I’ll stick with 180 again this week on the overhead presses.
Bit of a twinge in my right pec. Will be keeping an eye on it.
