I just barely missed the third reps on my second and third sets.  I did use the suspected 50-lbs bar, but I think I’m going to give 180 another go for next week regardless.

Sets x Reps x Weight in Pounds

Bodyweight: 211

Overhead Press: 3, 2, 2 x 180

Barbell Row: 3 x 3 x 215
