Barbell Row: 3 x 3 x 205

I don’t think the bodyweight measurement is accurate.

I use a digital scale and it requires fairly drastic swings in bodyweight to refresh it’s memory.  If I weigh in one morning at 210.2 and try to weigh in again the next day it’s going to display “210.2” 95% of the time.

I completed another overhead press workout today without any misses.  I’m going to stick to the script and go for 3 x 3 x 180 on Tuesday.  This Tuesday’s workout just might have been an off-day.
