Overhead Press: 3 x 2 x 175 (i.e., missed 3 x 3)

Barbel Rows: 3 x 3 x 205

Ugly, but that’s the overhead press for you.  I’ve got half a mind to do additional pressing on bench days, something like a fast 3 x 3 at 135 lbs.
