Sets x Reps x Weight in Pounds

Body Weight: 212

Overhead Press: 3 x 3 x 170

Barbell Rows: 3 x 3 x 195

This was the third such workout this week.  I actually went 2×3, 2 x 170 (i.e., I missed the third rep on my third and final set) on Tuesday so it was nice to finish out the week strong.  Rows were reset from the floor for each rep, but not too strict.

I likely have a bit of upper-hamstring tendinitis so no squatting for a while.  The good news is that despite driving a fair amount today, working the clutch didn’t seem to aggravate it too badly.
